Miltonhaven Caravan Park is for sale as a going concern. Included in sale are two residential houses, one a three bedroom cottage built 18/19th century, the other a two bedroom converted meal mill (2005) used as rental income, and three static caravans for sale or rental. Mature gardens, single garage/workshop, double garage with access to shop (at present Croft Curios, antiques). A timber and concrete stable block containing 4 loose boxes and tack room within ½ acre field. Situated in a quiet country area on the seashore, two miles north of St Cyrus, midway between Dundee and Aberdeen, just off the A92, an ideal touring base. Our facilities, a children’s outdoor play area, a function room, The Kabins, where you can relax, watch television or play pool. A defibrillator has been installed opposite Reception.
There is a laundry room equipped with coin operated commercial washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and a deep clothes sink. The park is capable of taking 22 tourers all with electric hook-up and water points. Awnings may be erected when space allows at no extra cost. Pets are allowed with motorhomes and caravans, but must be kept on a short lead at all times, due to the close proximity of free range farm animals and wildlife. The proprietors own nearly a mile of foreshore where pets may be exercised. There is a large pond with numerous wild ducks and moorhens.
